Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost:

  • Contact the shipping carrier if the package is marked as delivered.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and damaged item.
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and photos.

We'll review your case and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution as quickly as possible.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on inventory availability or warehouse locations.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
